Virtue RF microneedling is a technology that combines fine gold-coated needles and radio frequency energy to stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin, improving skin texture. When the VirtueRF system’s microneedle tip perforates the surface layer of the skin, radio frequency energy is transmitted through the needles to heat the tissue deeply.

The correct number of procedures depends on the patient’s age, health, and skin quality. A series of three to six therapies is recommended for anti-aging and skin tightening, and six therapies for stretch marks and acne scars. The procedures are performed at intervals of 4-6 weeks between sessions. The duration of each treatment is approximately 90 minutes.
30 to 45 minutes before the Virtue RF therapy, a local anesthetic in the form of a cream is applied to the treated area to sufficiently desensitize the skin. The correct radiofrequency parameters and the depth of needle penetration into the skin are set, after which the procedure can begin. Patients usually report a sensation of mild pressure. Once the microneedling is complete, specialized serums are applied, providing the skin with hydration, nutrients, and other active ingredients for optimal results.
The result is visible immediately or a few hours after the Virtue RF therapy, with the skin appearing smoother and fresher. Better results are observed 4 to 6 weeks after the procedure, with the full result being visible after about 3 months.
You may experience short-term redness of the skin within 2 to 24 hours, as well as mild swelling for one to two days. It is also possible to feel dryness of the skin and notice peeling in the treated area.
